MADT 307 - Computational Art

I came up with 6 concepts, the Panda, Ice Cream and Lotus were chosen the most. However Panda and Lotus concepts might be complicated to be printed out. Therefore, I will go for the Ice Cream concept. For this concept, I change the container of the ice cream along with the level of the chess such as regular cone for Pawn, waffle Cone for bishop, Plastic Cup for Rook, Box container for Knight and fancy cup for Queen and King. I'm thinking of printing the ice cream and the container separately and attach them after.

These are the 6 concepts that I came up with Then I choose these three. For this one, my group told me that this texture will make the fingers feel uncomfortable because of the pointed texture, it may rub the skin. For this one, my group said that it looks done, but it may be weak for printing out because of the connection at the back. For this one, they like it the most because it looks done and the structure is nice with the curve. They say I can play more with it. So I make it become a double fingers ring, so I can wear it on two finger and add some stone along the middle line.
